Gray Matter UPDATE

UPDATE 27/10/09

Okay... Finally we are on the road. I've completed the re-write and have started the pre-production. Most of the actors are done and I will soon upload their photos. Other than that the crew and the locations are also done. The details will be up in a matter of few days.

Okay... Problem No.1

Title... First I had Gray Matter. It was a working title. I thought of it as a working title. I wrote it as a working title. I know it sucks. But hey that's not the worst you've seen or read. I had to change it so I came up with an even lamer: Killing. Then I decided that its time to find a suitable title. I sat down. Opened MS Word and started typing random words and then searched for their synonyms. These titles came to my mind:

Burning Reminiscences
Mind's Dark Eye
The Tormented Past or Tormented Past
The Damned

So these came to be the final ones. For me the top 2 are most likely to be chosen unless of course I get a much better one.

The equipment is ready. I'm going to shoot this on Sony's Z1 on the HDV mode. Other than this I feel like I want to have this as a Black and White. Also I have a feeling that it should be colored and have a cold blueish feel. Well I'll see that in the post production.

I'm planning on designing the poster, the dvd cover, the banner and also the dvd menu. Other than this there will be BTS, screen grabs, trailers and many more stuff. So stay tune to the blog and with the filmmaking process.
